John M. Lesko - Founder and Owner

Before entering the massage therapy field, John attained an education in exercise science which eventually lead to earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Siena Heights University. During this time, he was able to explore, train and compete in many different sports including football, Judo, Olympic Weightlifting and powerlifting before finding Kettlebell Sport where found his passion and became National champion 7x, qualifying for the World Championships 3x including the first ever appearance from the USA. During his years in Kettlebell Sport, John developed a true appreciation for the human bodys recovery process which lead to discovering his true calling, helping people heal.
